Water defines the property’s concept: a historic *waal* (traditional irrigation channel) runs right past the building, while an indoor pool and an outdoor pool provide refreshment. A Finnish sauna provides soothing warmth and deep relaxation. Revitalised Grander water is also available throughout the house.
The flats feature generous layouts, high-standard furnishings, and elegant bathrooms, making them suitable for couples, families, and anyone who values private space on holiday. Every morning, a varied breakfast buffet with regional specialities, fresh bakery items, homemade fruit spreads, coffee, and tea is served on the panoramic terrace.

Cancellation policies
A cancellation is free up to two weeks before arrival.
Cancellations up to one week before arrival will be charged 70% of the total agreed price.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
