Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- Cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival will not incur any additional costs.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 40% of the services booked.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 60% of the services booked.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a penalty of 70% of the services booked.
- In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees equal to 70% of the amount paid for the days booked and not enjoyed will be charged.
