Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fees apply.
- For cancellations within 30 to 15 days before arrival, a fee of 30% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For cancellations within 14 to 8 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 to 1 days before arrival, a fee of 80% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booked amount will be charged.
For early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will be charged for the booked but not used days
