The boss of the Hofkaffee invites you to a dumpling cooking course and reveals tips and tricks to ensure that the classic South Tyrolean holiday dish is a success. You'll find out whether it tastes good when you eat together.

The price includes the cookery course, the recipes and lunch including dessert.
