From Finnish saunas to apple-scented steam baths and Shiatsu, there is something for every taste at the Thermal Baths of Merano

Recreation, harmony and relaxation are the main focus of the 7,650 m² thermal spa landscape. A total of 26 pools (16 of which are open all year round) and treatment pools, from the cold sauna plunge pool and steaming hot whirlpools to current pools, the saltwater pool and the 240 m² main pool, from which you can swim from the indoor area to the outdoor area, provide plenty of ‘bubbling bathing fun’.
The sauna world at Terme Merano presents itself cosy and warm, and above all healthy, on impressive 2,200 m². Here you can relax and sweat, strengthen your immune system and prevent colds. The whole area is divided into a classic sauna and two steam baths, sanarium, organic hay sauna and caldarium as well as a Finnish log cabin sauna outdoors. Cold water pools and a snow room provide the necessary cooling, while the relaxation rooms offer the necessary peace and quiet. The sauna bar, for a vitamin kick in between, rounds off the sauna world perfectly.
In the MySpa wellness centre, you can really let yourself be spoilt. Oil massages and relaxation massages with warm mountain hay herb bags, cold stones from the Passirio river or hot lava stones, anti-inflammatory mud packs and inhalations are on offer. All essences and care products are specifically tailored to your needs.
The green heart of the thermal spa is the thermal park with a total area of more than 50,000 m². Flowering plants, roses, water lilies and the old, valuable trees in the south of the park give the complex its special flair. There are 11 outdoor pools to discover, including the newly created Bio Nature Pool, a Kneipp course and a steam grotto. Of course, there is also plenty for children to do! The whole area is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing lawn.
The offer of the magnificent complex is rounded off by the modern training rooms of the fitness centre with personal training, if desired, the restaurant and the bistro on the Piazza Terme, all that in the heart of Merano.
