Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival incur no charges.
If you cancel or shorten a booked stay after this period, 70% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
In the case of a delayed arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to mitigate potential cancellation fees in case of illness or other valid reasons preventing the start or continuation of your trip.
