With traditional and refined dishes, the innkeepers of the Farmhouse kitchen in Hinterpasseier/Alta Val Passiria invite you to enjoy local specialties. On the various menus you will find typical specialties and traditional recipes from the valley, hearty home-style cooking, as well as fine culinary delicacies.

Under the motto “From then to today”, you take a seat at a table full of stories, as our establishments revive old recipes and pass on a piece of the Passeiertal Valleys culinary history. The taste of the past is reinterpreted and refined with modern touches, while fresh local ingredients ensure honest enjoyment and let you rediscover the cuisine of the Passeiertal Valley with all its stories.

Note: the typical dish "Muas" and "Riibl" is only available by reservation.
