Did you know that wild plants are full of vitamins and minerals? During a herbal hike with cooking lessons, discover what is important for wild herbs: determine – process – enjoy. Join our herbal educator Rosi on a small hike in Walten/Valtina and collect a variety of seasonal wild herbs, which are then processed in a herbal cooking course and, of course, also eaten together.
