One of the two cinemas is the Ariston, which opened its doors in 2014. Run by the Bolzano Film Club, it shows not only Hollywood blockbusters in German and Italian, but also European film productions, some also in original language with subtitles. The cinema is located in the Ariston Gallery on the Rennweg in Merano.
The second cinema, the Cineplexx ALGO, is located in the ALGO Shopping Centre very close to Merano. Here too, in the most modern multiplex cinema in South Tyrol, you will find the latest productions in 4 halls.
