Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Italian Consumers’ Code does not apply; however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation conditions:
From the time of booking to 30 days before arrival: free of charge, the already paid deposit will be reimbursed or can be used for a later holiday.
From 29 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
From 2 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total price
In case of no-show, early departure, or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily price for each day not used.
These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are refilled in whole or in part. The same applies in case of early departure.
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code): Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
