The purest bathing experience in the true sense of the word, that's exactly what you come across in the natural swimming pool of Gargazzone, offering a unique natural water landscape. What is particularly special about this pond is that its waters are purified by the plants encompassed in the regeneration zone, without any chemical additives. The shower water is exclusively heated by solar collectors, in addition the natural swimming pool is easily reachable by bicycle and means of public transport.
The focus in the natural pond is set on families with kids: toddlers can splash in the brook with wading pool, there is a swimming area for non-swimmers and a 50 m pool with separate fun pool for swimmers. Moreover there are beach volley fields, table tennis, table soccer, loungers, umbrellas, picnic tables and wooden platforms that are ideal for playing.
Above all people with particularly sensitive skins as well as parents of babies and toddlers are going to appreciate the advantages offered by the natural swimming pool of Gargazzone. The offer is completed by guided tours as well as swimming courses.

Depending on the weather, the start and end dates of the swimming season at all outdoor pools in South Tyrol may be shortened or extended at short notice, or postponed to another day.
The swimming season for 2026 is expected to begin on May 23. From June 10 to August 15, 2026, extended evening opening hours from Wednesday to Saturday (until 7.30 pm).
