Cancellation policy

Trip cancellation and insurance policy

In general:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations from 29 to 15 days before arrival we keep the deposit as handling fee. From 14 to 7 days 80% of the total amount are calulated as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation from 7 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure we charge the full amount. In order to prevent trouble we suggest you to conclude our Oberraindlhof-holiday service directly with us.

In case of Corona:
We have all learned some lessons from the Covid pandemic and know how quickly circumstances can change. Therefore, there is no question for us that we refrain from cancellation costs in the event of cancellations due to closed borders because of the corona pandemic or quarantine duty. We are happy to credit the down payments made to us for 1 year.

We cooperate with the cancellation insurance “Europäische”, which protects also against Corona-illness or quarantine. Please check here for further informations.
