Cooking Class Merano with Taste Academy

We will prepare two types of fresh pasta and traditional sauces with the Taste Academy Merano in the ancient Plankenstein building. We will learn about good olive oil through a comparative tasting, and at the end of the course, you can enjoy your creations during a celebratory meal with a good glass of wine.

Production of 2 different types of fresh pasta
Preparation of 2 classic sauces
Tasting of extra virgin olive oil
1 welcome aperitif
1 glass of wine to accompany dinner

Final group dinner with the instructors from the Taste Academy Merano.
