Organic products of South Tyrolean alpine farmers are offered in the “Psairer Bio Bergkäserei” cheese dairy in the beautiful Val Passiria.

Shortly after S. Martino in Passiria, only few km far away from Merano, a special cheese is produced, using strictly organic ingredients from the surrounding mountain farms. It is called “Psairer Biokas”.
The different types of this cheese range from mild to spicy, with herbs or nuts, as soft cheese or with pepper. Besides cheese the busy dairymen and dairymaids also offer other products, like milk, yogurts without any preservatives, sausages and speck bacon, hand-picked organic teas and home-made creams. According to the seasons also fresh raspberries, strawberries, sweet chestnuts and much more are in supply.
Of course all this variety is not only available in the Val Passiria valley but also in most of the health shops in South Tyrol and other companies. It’s worth a try!
